We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, partner's name, contact details, city, timeline, and the relationship details you share with our AI design concierge or atelier.
How we use it
We use your information only to design your ring, communicate with you about your commission, and improve our service. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Storage & security
Your data is stored on secure managed infrastructure. Access is limited to the Elixyr team members directly involved in your commission.
Your rights
