These terms govern your use of theelixyr.com and the commissioning of a bespoke Elixyr engagement ring.
Use of the site
The Elixyr website and AI design concierge are provided for personal, non-commercial use in connection with designing or enquiring about an engagement ring.
Designs & intellectual property
Concept renderings, written narratives, and proposal ideas generated for you remain illustrative until a final design is confirmed in writing. Once an Elixyr design is finalised and claimed, it is permanently reserved to that relationship.
Orders & payment
Bespoke commissions are confirmed via a formal quotation and deposit. Final pricing depends on metals, stones, and finishing selected at the time of order.
Returns
Bespoke pieces are made for one relationship and are not eligible for return. Complimentary resizing is offered within the first six months of delivery.
